This is another in a series of battles the owners of a store building on a lot adjacent to the parking area of the Woodmoor Shopping Center on Liberty Road in Baltimore County have fought to continue the use of that parking area by patrons of the store building. Each time the judicial holding has been that Woodmoor Realty Corporation (Woodmoor), owner of the shopping center, had validly covenanted that only the tenants...
