This is an action by Dana Ann Will, 11 years of age, pro ami, for $50,000 damages for personal injuries and by her father for reimbursement and loss of services, for $10,000 damages against Earl L. Gilliam, arising out of a collision between two vehicles at the intersection of Highway 21 and Lin-Ferry Drive in St. Louis County. There was a jury verdict for defendant.
