BOSLAUGH, Justice.

This is an action against the makers of a promissory note. The plaintiffs are the conservators of Louis Pick, the payee of the note.

The note evidenced a loan of $3,000 to the defendants. They admit the execution and delivery of the note but contend that the action is barred by the statute of limitations. At the close of all the evidence the trial court found that the action was barred and directed a verdict for the defendants. The plaintiffs...
