This is a damage action brought by the plaintiff to recover for personal injuries and damages to his motorcycle resulting from an intersection collision between the plaintiff's cycle and the defendant's auto. The case was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict for the defendant upon which judgment was entered by the trial court.
