This appeal relates to the validity of a contingent fee contract in a domestic relations case. On November 14, 1967, George W. McDearmon, a resident of Shoffner, Jackson County, Arkansas, instituted suit for absolute divorce in the Jackson County Chancery Court against his wife, Cleo Watson McDearmon, appellant herein, a resident of Louisiana, alleging general indignities pursued to the extent as to render his condition in life intolerable....
