This appeal presents the issue whether an award of a board of arbitration created by private agreement between parties subject to the Railway Labor Act is to be accorded judicial review in a federal court on the same basis as provided in the Act for the awards of statutory arbitration boards. In light of our holding with respect to this jurisdictional question, we need not reach the subsidiary issue whether the arbitration award in this case...
