Plaintiff-appellant appeals from the trial court's judgment denying him any relief. It is plaintiff's position, as set forth in his complaint and as testified to by him, that he and Gerald Wolfe, deceased, in March 1961, entered into an oral partnership agreement to operate a restaurant on the Mission Inn premises in Las Cruces.
