PER CURIAM.

Roger S. Bandy appeals pro se from a judgment of conviction entered upon a plea of guilty in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota on April 17, 1968, on a charge of bail jumping in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 3146.1 Bandy received a sentence of one year and one day to be served concurrently with other sentences he is now serving.
