Petitioner's appeal from the denial of the Writ of Habeas Corpus raises the single question of whether a statute enacted after Petitioner's conviction but before his release to parole can affect, to the Petitioner's disadvantage, the portion of the sentence remaining for Petitioner to serve following revocation of the parole.
