This is the latest in the long line of cases in which an invitee seeks to recover damages from the possessor of real estate for personal injuries sustained in a fall allegedly caused by a defective condition on the premises. The jury returned a verdict for defendant. Plaintiffs appealed from the judgment rendered thereon.
