Memorandum:

This was a pre-Miranda trial and the only question raised on appeal stems from the admission on the trial of a portion of defendant's question and answer statement. On January 4, 1965 the police investigated a killing which had taken place at about 6:00 P.M. after an altercation in defendant's home. At 8:30 P.M. a 25-page question and answer statement was obtained from defendant in which she related the events...
