PER CURIAM.

The appellant Hall asserts he is entitled to relief pursuant to Section 2255, Title 28 U.S.C. On July 7, 1966 Hall robbed the City Savings and Loan Association in Philadelphia, a Federally insured institution, was wounded during his arrest and was taken to a hospital. A hearing was held by a United States Commissioner on July 11, 1966 at Hall's hospital bedside. The special agent of the FBI who had investigated the crime...
