OPINION

CRESON, Justice.

Appellants, H. William Dick and others, appeal to this Court from a decree of the Chancery Court of Hamblen County which sustained a demurrer filed by appellee Dixie Adams Dick and dismissed the original bill.

The point of decision was that the Chancery Court would not take jurisdiction of this case for the reason that, under Tennessee statutes, the County Court had complete jurisdiction to determine all pertinent issues...
