ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS

PATTERSON, Justice:

Petitioner has filed with this Court a petition for habeas corpus. He alleges that he was tried and convicted in February 1961 by the Circuit Court of George County on one charge of burglary and larceny. He further alleges that on this charge he was sentenced to serve a term of five years in the state penitentiary for burglary and three years for larceny and that these two sentences were to run consecutively...
