The appellant Joe S. Wilson, Jr. sued his former employer, Neuhoff Bros. Packers, Neuhoff Bros. Packers Management Corporation, and Republic National Bank of Dallas as trustee of a certain profit sharing plan for salaried employees of Neuhoff Bros. Packers, to recover certain funds which had accrued to his account under said plan.
