Within a 27-day period commencing on November 15, 1967, the unincorporated community of Kenwood, in Sycamore Township, Hamilton County, was infected by the presentation to the appropriate local boards of one petition for incorporation of a village, under that name, and three petitions for annexation of substantially separate portions of the community to two adjacent municipal corporations.
