By petition for certiorari we have for review a decision of a district court of appeal in the case of Atlas Properties, Inc. v. Didich, 213 So.2d 278 (3d Dist.Ct.App. Fla. 1968).

This Court has jurisdiction to review the District Court's opinion because the latter certified to this Court that said opinion "`passes upon a question of great public interest', in that it determines the right to punitive damages...
