Twin City Federal Savings & Loan Association (hereinafter Twin City) brought action under a blanket fidelity bond against Transamerica Insurance Company for certain losses arising out of monies advanced by Twin City to the Investment Corp. of Missouri during the years of 1960 and 1961.
