Lonnie Maze filed a damage suit in the Madison County Circuit Court against L. R. and Gene Hudgins, d/b/a L. R. Hudgins and Sons, for personal injuries sustained by Maze when his hand was injured between a V belt and pulley on an electric motor while he was employed by Hudgins. A jury trial resulted in a judgment for Maze in the amount of $5,000 and Hudgins has appealed.
