OPINION AND JUDGMENT
DALTON, Chief Judge.
The claimant, Woodrow Lyall, disagrees with a decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare which held that the claimant was entitled to a period of disability, commencing September 30, 1966, and disability insurance benefits under sections 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416(i) and 423, as amended, (Cum.Supp. 1969).
