VAN PELT, District Judge.

The petitioner herein plead guilty to a charge of second degree murder on December 22, 1959, and was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment on January 20, 1960. He was fifteen years old at the time of his guilty plea. The petitioner sought relief under the Post Conviction Act, § 29-3001 et seq. Neb.Rev. Stat. (1967 Cum.Supp.) was denied relief by the trial court, and the decision was affirmed on appeal...
