Elsie Hagberg, the decedent herein, died on December 4, 1966, survived by her husband, appellant Roy Hagberg, and by a son of a previous marriage — respondent William Goedike. On August 9, 1963, she had executed a holographic will, in which she gave to her son two items of property, described as follows:

(1) "... my sole interest in and to my one-half share of Service Blueprint and/or anything standing in its name.";
