McCOWN, Justice.

This is an action to recover the contract price for the manufacture of a custombuilt mobile feed mill. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant on plaintiff's petition, and against the defendant on defendant's cross-petition. The plaintiff has appealed from the overruling of its motion for new trial and there is no cross-appeal.

This is the second appearance of this case in this court. See Duplex Manuf. Co. v. Atlas Leasing Corp.,
