Certiorari to review a decision of the Workmen's Compensation Commission.

On August 27, 1962, Harry Meinen was struck by an automobile in Cabazon, California, and sustained personal injuries. On September 7 of that year, Robert Dashow of Rochester, Minnesota, insured by American Insurance Company, filed a report of injury concerning this accident with the Minnesota Workmen's Compensation Commission.
