From a judgment rendered in the trial court decreeing the partition by licitation of some twenty-two acres, more or less, in Evangeline Parish, the defendant, Joyce Marie Belfour Corley has perfected this appeal contending that the trial court erred in not ordering the property partitioned in kind.
