On September 23, 1966, plaintiff, Sandra Breese, was involved in an automobile accident, and as the result of this accident she sustained personal injuries. Defendant, Albert Grimes, carried liability insurance, and plaintiff's attorney entered into the usual negotiations with defendant in an effort to settle the case.
