Code, § 187),1 one count of kidnaping to commit robbery with bodily harm (§ 209), four counts of kidnaping (§ 207), three counts of forcible rape (§ 261, subd. 3), one count of sexual perversion (§ 288a), and one count of robbery (§ 211).2...
