This 60-1507 appeal was previously before us (White v. State, 201 Kan. 801, 443 P.2d 182) and we reversed and remanded the case to the district court with directions to make findings of fact and conclusions of law in accordance with Rule No. 121 (j) and to enter a judgment in conformity therewith.
