1. The motion to dismiss the appeal to this court is without merit.

2. There being some evidence to support the determination of the board to the effect that the condition of the claimant had improved to the extent that she was no longer entitled to compensation, the action of the superior court on appeal in reversing the award of the board is unauthorized. See Code § 114-710.
