This case comes to the Court of Appeals by Writ of Error from the Circuit Court of Bedford County where the complainant-appellant, Sam Lewis Mittwede, filed an original bill for divorce, charging cruel and inhuman treatment on the part of his wife, the defendant-appellee, Judith Ellen Mittwede.
