Appellants are the surviving heirs at law of Deborah Ann Scott and were plaintiffs in the Circuit Court of Clarke County in an action for damages for her alleged wrongful death brought against appellee, Veta Fay Lewis, under Mississippi Code 1942 Annotated, section 1453 (Supp. 1966).
