OPINION

TACKETT, Justice.

This action was commenced in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, to quiet plaintiff's title to a tract of land. Defendant cross-claimed for quiet title against plaintiff. The cause was tried without a jury and judgment was entered for defendant. Plaintiff appeals.

Plaintiff alleges fee simple title in and to the northerly 1.13 acres and the southerly 0.85 acres in Tract No. 332, Unit 8, of the Town of Atrisco...
