HASWELL, Justice.

Suit by plaintiff for specific performance of a lease and option to purchase ranch lands. Defendants counterclaimed for (1) an accounting of proceeds of sales of livestock, hay and pasturage, (2) possession of the ranch lands, and (3) damages for unlawful detainer. From a judgment denying specific performance and granting defendants' counterclaims, plaintiff appeals.
