The defendants, the lessors under a lease, appeal from a declaratory judgment relating to provisions of the lease for subordination by lessors.

The lease was made in January of 1947, for a term of 99 years. It covered five lots, Nos. 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of a block in a platted subdivision in Miami Beach. The provisions of the lease relating to subordination appear in the first of the mutual covenants. The pertinent portions thereof...
