FRUGÉ, Judge.

The issues for the present suit are disposed of in Hebert v. Armstead, 227 So.2d 636, a companion appeal rendered by us this date.

For the reasons stated in the companion appeal, we affirm the judgment of the trial court in granting a motion for summary judgment to the third party defendant. The costs of this appeal are charged to appellant.
