This appeal is from a judgment of nonsuit which appellant was forced to take when demurrers were sustained to both counts of her complaint as last amended.

Appellant initially filed her suit in the Civil Court of Jefferson County claiming damages of $3,000.00, alleging that she sustained a broken arm and other injuries as a proximate result of the negligence of the defendant, City of Birmingham, in failing properly to maintain the sidewalk...
