The appeal is from a judgment entered pursuant to a jury verdict finding for appellee-defendant in appellant-plaintiff's action to recover damages to the estate of appellant's intestate as the result of appellant's intestate, a twelve-year-old boy, being struck and killed by appellee in the operation of his automobile.
