OPINION

CRESON, Justice.

This is an appeal in error from the Circuit Court of Shelby County. That court sustained a demurrer filed by A.H. Robins Company, Inc., and dismissed the suit of Frances Kauffman.

The parties will be referred to herein as they appeared in the trial court; that is, Frances Kauffman, individually and dba Kauffman Apothecary and Medical Laboratory, as plaintiff, and A.H. Robins Company, Inc., as defendant.
