ROBERTSON, Justice:

On January 29, 1968, we affirmed the judgment of the Circuit Court of Grenada County, Mississippi, sentencing Olius McCrory, Jr., to serve a term of seven years in the Mississippi State Penitentiary for the crime of burglary. The thrust of the assignment of errors and the appellant's brief was that McCrory had been denied a speedy trial as guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Section 26 of the Mississippi Constitution...
