PAOLINO, Justice.

This is an indictment charging the defendant with robbery. The jury convicted him and, after denying his motion for a new trial, the trial justice sentenced him to a term of 10 years. The case is before us on the defendant's bill of exceptions, which consists of 33 separate exceptions.
