Gaines against Earl Vernon Hawkins and Alice Carrine Hawkins to recover damages for alleged personal injuries to Gaines arising out of an automobile accident which resulted in a verdict in favor of the plaintiff in the amount of $12,500 upon which judgment was entered in the trial court.
