OPINION

WILLIAMS, District Judge.

This is a diversity action and defendant has filed a motion to dismiss for lack of the requisite jurisdictional amount. The plaintiff, Eda Stamps, and her husband, Gary Stamps, and their minor son, Randy Stamps, seek to recover from the defendant under either one or both of two insurance policies issued by the defendant, providing uninsured automobile or motorist coverage
