The sole issue raised on this appeal is whether the trial judge abused his discretion in sentencing the defendant to the maximum terms allowed by statute.

In Waddell v. State (1964), 24 Wis.2d 364, 129 N.W.2d 201, this court held that the trial judge, in imposing sentence for an admitted crime, could consider other unproven offenses. The reason for allowing the judge to do so is that these other offenses...
