Plaintiffs M. L. Harvey and John M. Taylor are owners of a tract of land in West Feliciana Parish, and defendant Dan DeLee owns the property adjacent to them on the west side. In 1967 defendant Robert E. Havard, a resident of the State of Mississippi, was cutting timber under a contract with Dan DeLee.
