This appeal is from the Patent Office Board of Appeals decision affirming the examiner's rejection of claims 2-9 and 13 of appellant's application1 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being obvious over Higgins2 in view of Freuler.3 Claim 15 has been allowed.
