On March 12, 1969, plaintiff filed his complaint against defendants. Plaintiff demands judgment for damages in excess of $10,000 by reason of serious injuries he sustained as a result of a collision of his motorcycle with a tractor operated by defendant Eugene Krall as agent, servant, workman, or employe of defendant Melvin Krall.
