This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction entered against appellant Joseph Contreras and his sentence of imprisonment at the State Prison.

Contreras was tried and found guilty by a jury after trial upon an information filed against him in the Manatee County Circuit Court, charging him with uttering a forged instrument. There are only two points urged here for reversal, viz: (1) insufficiency...
