The appellant, Gregory D. Johnsen, was convicted of assault in the second degree arising from injuries inflicted upon Michelle Ann Kammiller, the 18-month-old daughter of Kathleen Kammiller. He was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment and fined $1,000. His sole contention on this appeal is that the evidence is insufficient to support the conviction.
