These two suits, which were consolidated for trial in the district court and for argument in this court, arise out of the same intersectional collision between two automobiles. Plaintiff in suit No. 3615 of our docket (the suit is for personal injuries and property damages to plaintiff's automobile) is Louis Barthelemy, driver of one of the cars involved; defendants are Victor J. Vavasseur, driver of the other vehicle, and Phoenix Insurance Company...
