This is an admiralty case involving the collision of the SS SANTA MARIA, bareboat chartered by plaintiff, with the Barge OLIVER J. OLSON III in tow of the Tugboat SAN JACINTO on the Columbia River in the area between Waterford light and Cooper Point, although the parties are in dispute as to which side of the channel.
